1. Services

NEAT HOME SERVICES LTD provides professional home cleaning services. The scope of each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be made in advance by phone or email.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.

3. Access to Property

The client must ensure that our team has safe and adequate access to the property at the agreed time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods — please contact us for details.

5. Liability

NEAT HOME SERVICES LTD takes great care when working in your property. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by faulty or fragile items not disclosed prior to the service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
